Abstract

快速在线规划列车运行策略以应对紧急情况是确保高速铁路安全高效运行的关键手段。然而,由于高速、站间距离长和长连续坡度的存在,在紧急情况下很难实现准时、舒适和节能的作。该文提出了一种基于动态规划深度Q网络的列车运行曲线在线规划方法。首先,利用DP算法对部分列车运行曲线进行优化,并将其包含的状态四元组放入memorybuffer中并纳入奖励函数中,以指导和加速网络训练,然后利用强化学习中的动作掩码过滤掉导致列车速度超过列车自动保护速度的动作,能够快速安全地在线规划 Speed Cure 紧急情况,Ċ
