Abstract

火车车轮打滑活动检测在日常火车运行中起着重要作用。当车轮与轨道之间的附着力减少时,尤其是在制动时,就会发生车轮打滑,在严重的情况下会导致车轮抱死。目前,加速度阈值法是地铁系统中应用最广泛的滑移检测方法。然而,这种方法存在一定的局限性,包括无法检测部分滑移和固有的响应时间延迟。本文提出了一种时频双域长短期记忆 (TF-LSTM) 模型,该模型从列车非动力车轴的信号速度传感数据中提取并分析了时域和频域特征。然后,使用 LSTM 网络来检测车轮打滑并预测未来时间步长中的危险打滑&
